Membership Cancellation

Free Tier Membership: Free Club members can cancel their membership anytime without penalty by notifying us via email at [email protected].

Paid Tier Memberships (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum):

Membership cancellations are allowed within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been utilized during this period.

After 7 days, cancellations are processed but refunds will be prorated based on the remaining period of membership and subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Event Registrations

Cancellations: No Refunds are applicable for event registrations under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

Transferability: Event registrations can be transferred to another participant up to 3 days before the event at no extra cost.

Elite Meetups/Conferences: No refund will be provided.

Sponsored Content or Promotions

Refunds for sponsored content or promotions are not available once the service has been initiated.

Platform Charges: Any platform payment charges, such as transaction fees or processing fees imposed by third-party payment gateways, will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

Membership cancellations after services have been utilized, including access to networking tools, business directories, or exclusive content.
