Payment Currency

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international transactions, Razorpay automatically converts the amount to INR at the current exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are borne by the payer.Payment ConfirmationOnce the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation from Razorpay and Abel Inc.

Failed Transactions

Reasons for Failure: Payment failures may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient balance, or technical issues.Resolution: If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will typically be refunded by Razorpay to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
